Yes. Velouré provides all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment required for each service. If you have specific preferences, feel free to let us know ahead of time.

Yes, we have a minimum booking requirement of 1.5 hours per service. This ensures we have the time needed to complete our work to the Velouré standard.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access via key or lockbox. We’ll confirm access arrangements ahead of time so everything runs smoothly.

Yes, Velouré is fully insured for your peace of mind.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy periods or for final cleans. We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.

All services will be quoted before the appointment and depending on the service we may ask for a deposit or payment in full before the appointment.

We understand that plans change. To reschedule or cancel your appointment:

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or access issues upon arrival will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

We are happy to discuss extras to our regular service. These may include:

• Oven Clean

• Fridge/Freezer Clean (must be emptied prior)

• Inside Kitchen Cabinets (must be emptied prior)

• Carpet Cleaning

• Interior Window Clean

• Linen Changeover (if linen is supplied)

• Amenity Restock (Airbnb only, client-supplied)

• Extra Time for High Detail Areas (e.g. tiles, tapware, skirtings, etc.)

• Exterior windows & outdoor areas

• Custom Requests (quoted on discussion)
