Approximate Pricing Guide*:
 

  • Studio / 1-Bedroom → From $150 + GST

  • 2-Bedroom → From $200 + GST

  • 3-Bedroom → From $250–$280 + GST

  • 4-Bedroom → From $320–$380 + GST
    (Larger or luxury properties quoted on-site)

Important: Heavily soiled or neglected properties will incur additional charges beyond the listed “from” rates.

Final pricing is confirmed before your booking is accepted and a booking deposit may need to be paid.
