Our Post Construction Cleans go beyond surface dusting - we prepare properties for hand-over, inspection, or listing presentation.

• Full removal of construction dust, debris, and residue from all accessible areas
• Detailed vacuuming of floors, skirtings, and wall edges
• Wiping down of walls, doors, switches, sockets, and joinery
• Interior and exterior clean of cabinetry, shelving, and drawers
• Sanitising of bathrooms - showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, fittings, and tiles
• Deep clean of kitchens - benchtops, sinks, splashbacks, and appliance exteriors
• Cleaning of interior glass, mirrors, and stainless-steel surfaces for a streak-free finish
• Spot removal of paint, silicone, and adhesive residue where safe to do so
• Final polish of fixtures, fittings, and hardware for presentation-ready shine
Add-ons such as interior & exterior window cleaning, exterior water-blasting, garage or driveway washing, specialist carpet cleaning can be arranged on request.
